
Dominican Position on a Transition Process in Haiti
For the Dominican Republic, the political and social stability of Haiti is a matter of national security. We consider it essential that any transition agreement in Haiti facilitates the deployment of a Multinational Support and Security Mission in Haiti (MSS), in accordance with the authorization of United Nations Security Council resolutions 2699 (2023) and 2700 (2023).
